Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Youth Hockey

Your player must be registered and have paid at least 20% of their total season fees plus any evaluation/placement fee prior to stepping on the ice for the first time. That payment (at least 20% of the team fee plus the evaluation/placement fee) is NON-REFUNDABLE. Families may choose to pay the entire team fee plus evaluation/placement fee at the time of registration OR families may elect to pay the team fees in four installments. In the event that a travel player chooses not to accept a spot on whichever team he or she is placed on following evaluations, the first installment, or 20% of the total team fees, plus the evaluation fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. If a family paid the entire team fee and evaluation fee at time of registration, but the travel player chose not to accept the spot offered to them after evaluations, 80% of the team fees would be refunded to them.
